Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Director, Engagement Executive to lead high-stakes program delivery initiatives within Oracle's healthcare portfolio. This role demands a seasoned program or project management professional with 10+ years of relevant experience and a proven track record of success in the healthcare industry. The ideal candidate must be a US Citizen, possess the ability to obtain Federal Security Clearance, and be prepared to travel up to 80% of the time to client sites across the United States.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end program delivery for complex healthcare engagements, ensuring alignment with client objectives and Oracle's strategic goals.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive program plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and product management, to define scope and deliver exceptional outcomes.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships at executive levels, providing regular status updates and driving issue resolution.
  • Oversee multiple concurrent projects, optimizing resource utilization and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
  • Implement best practices in agile and waterfall methodologies tailored to healthcare regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct program health assessments and implement corrective actions to maintain high performance standards.
  • Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement within engagement teams.
  • Drive contract negotiations and change management processes to support evolving client needs.
  • Contribute to thought leadership by identifying opportunities for service expansion in healthcare verticals.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in program or project management within the healthcare industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale programs with multimillion-dollar budgets.
  • US Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain Federal Security Clearance.
  • Willingness to travel up to 80% domestically to client sites as required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing diverse, cross-functional teams.
  • Expertise in healthcare regulations such as HIPAA, HITECH, and CMS guidelines.
  • Proficiency in project management tools like Microsoft Project, Jira, or Oracle Primavera.

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification from PMI.
  • Advanced degree (MBA or Master's) in a relevant discipline.
  • Experience with federal healthcare programs such as Medicare, Medicaid, or VA initiatives.
  • Prior experience working with Oracle Cloud solutions or enterprise healthcare software.
  • Demonstrated success in client-facing roles within top-tier consulting firms.
