Responsibilities

• Lead team of data center construction managers, including hiring and performance oversight.

• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders for seamless execution.

• Develop and implement construction management best practices and processes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in data center construction management or related field.
• Proven experience leading teams in large-scale construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of colocation data center builds and industry standards.
• Excellent project management skills with tools like MS Project or Primavera.
• Ability to travel as needed and manage remote teams effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent.
