Overview
The Director of Product Management - Clinical Note AI Agent will define and execute the global strategy for our rapidly expanding Clinical Note AI Agent product. This hands-on leadership role drives innovation, growth across geographies and specialties, and cross-functional collaboration with healthcare systems, stakeholders, government, and reimbursement teams. Reporting to senior leadership, you will manage a team while ensuring seamless product integration and market success.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the global product strategy and roadmap for Clinical Note AI Agent.
- Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, design, sales, and marketing to deliver innovative features.
- Drive product growth and adoption across multiple geographies and clinical specialties.
- Collaborate with healthcare systems, government agencies, and reimbursement teams for compliance and integration.

Qualifications
- 10+ years in product management, with 5+ years in healthcare or AI/ML products.
- Proven track record leading global product strategies in regulated industries like healthcare.
- Deep understanding of clinical workflows, EHR systems, and AI applications in medicine.
- Strong leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and direct reports.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging stakeholders, including executives and clinicians.
- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, healthcare, or related field; MBA preferred.
