Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision and multi-year roadmap for OCI Commercial Systems.
• Drive end-to-end product execution from ideation to launch and iteration.
• Collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success teams for alignment.
• Develop scalable monetization models and pricing strategies.
• Conduct market analysis, competitive research, and customer insights gathering.
• Build, mentor, and lead a world-class product management team.
• Measure product success through KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
• Represent product strategy to executives and influence company-wide priorities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management, with 5+ years in cloud infrastructure or SaaS.
• Proven track record leading director-level product teams and roadmaps.
• Deep understanding of cloud platforms, commercial systems, and monetization.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder influence skills.
• Experience with enterprise sales cycles and customer-centric product development.
• Bachelor's degree in CS, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
