Position Overview

Oracle is seeking a strategic thinker, exceptional communicator, and proven leader to serve as Director, Product Marketing - OCI Technology Partners in Nashville, TN.

This role is critical to driving joint go-to-market (GTM) strategies, managing complex partnerships with leading technology companies, developing successful marketing campaigns, and spearheading joint business growth initiatives.

You will collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and partners to maximize the impact of our allied technology solutions, develop and implement business plans, marketing strategies, and forecasts for OCI technology partnerships, ensuring seamless execution and measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive co-marketing strategies with OCI technology partners to drive joint GTM initiatives and revenue growth.
  • Lead the creation of joint business plans, marketing campaigns, and forecasts for product lines or vertical markets within the OCI ecosystem.
  • Build and nurture strategic relationships with key executives at technology partner organizations to deepen partnerships and co-innovation opportunities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product management, and engineering teams to align partner marketing efforts with Oracle's overall objectives.
  • Design and launch high-impact marketing programs, including webinars, content syndication, events, and thought leadership campaigns.
  • Analyze partnership performance metrics, market trends, and competitive landscapes to optimize strategies and report on ROI to senior leadership.
  • Manage budgets and resources for co-marketing activities, ensuring efficient allocation and maximum impact on pipeline generation.
  • Spearhead the development of partner enablement materials, case studies, and sales collateral to accelerate joint solution adoption.
  • Drive executive-level engagement and joint value propositions to secure C-suite buy-in and expand partnership scopes.
  • Forecast market opportunities and partner contributions to OCI revenue goals, providing strategic insights for long-term planning.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in product marketing, partner marketing, or alliances within the technology or cloud industry.
  • Proven track record of managing complex technology partnerships and driving co-marketing programs that generate measurable business results.
  • Strong strategic thinking with experience developing GTM strategies, business plans, and revenue forecasts.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence C-level executives and cross-functional teams.
  • Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, SaaS/PaaS solutions, and the technology partner ecosystem.
  • Analytical mindset with expertise in marketing metrics, ROI analysis, and market forecasting tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed organization and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience marketing within Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) or similar hyperscale cloud environments.
  • Demonstrated success in launching joint campaigns with hyperscalers, ISVs, or systems integrators.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce) and analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Google Analytics).
  • Prior leadership experience managing a team of marketing professionals in a partner-facing role.
  • Existing network of relationships with technology partners in AI, data analytics, or cybersecurity domains.
