You will create short-, medium-, and long-term plans to achieve strategic objectives while collaborating with senior engineering management and executives. Responsibilities

• Develop and execute short-, medium-, and long-term strategic plans for OCI Data Services.
• Collaborate across functional areas with senior engineering leaders and executives.
• Ensure alignment and achievement of program objectives through influential leadership.
• Facilitate cross-team coordination to deliver high-impact cloud data initiatives.
• Monitor program progress, mitigate risks, and resolve critical issues.
• Communicate program status and strategies effectively to stakeholders.
• Foster innovation and process improvements in program management practices.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of program/project management experience in cloud or tech environments.
• Proven track record leading complex, strategic initiatives at director level.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for executive interactions.
• Strong leadership abilities to influence and gain acceptance in sensitive situations.
• Excellent attention to detail with ability to multitask effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
