Oracle Veteran Internship Program (OVIP) offers US Veterans transitioning from active service and active-duty Military Spouses new to corporate experience a hands-on role as DRC Customer Success Intern in Colorado Springs, CO. Interns will support customer success initiatives, leveraging military-honed skills in a dynamic tech environment. This paid internship provides professional development and potential pathways to full-time opportunities at Oracle.

Responsibilities

• Assist in onboarding new DRC customers and ensuring smooth adoption of Oracle solutions.
• Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address potential risks or issues.
• Conduct virtual training sessions and create user guides for Oracle Cloud products.
• Collaborate with sales and support teams to resolve escalated customer inquiries.
• Analyze usage data to identify expansion opportunities and upsell recommendations.
• Contribute to customer success playbooks and best practices documentation.
• Participate in customer feedback collection and quarterly business reviews.
• Support internal projects to enhance DRC customer success processes and tools.

Qualifications

• Current or recent US Veteran transitioning from active military service preferred.
• Active-duty Military Spouse new to corporate experience strongly encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills from military background.
• Basic understanding of cloud computing or SaaS preferred; training provided.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
