Overview

The EBS Finance Functional Consultant plays a key role in delivering Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Financials solutions for global customers. This position involves driving functional design, leading implementations, managing enhancements, and supporting finance transformation initiatives across Oracle EBS R12. Based in India, the role ensures seamless deployment and optimization of financial modules for enterprise clients.

Responsibilities

• Drive functional design and configuration of Oracle EBS Financials modules including GL, AP, AR, and FA.
• Lead end-to-end implementations of EBS R12 Finance solutions for global customers.
• Manage system enhancements, customizations, and integrations with third-party tools.
• Conduct requirements gathering, gap analysis, and solution blueprinting workshops.
• Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support finance transformation initiatives.
• Develop and deliver training programs for end-users and key stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and best practices in EBS deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience as Oracle EBS Finance Functional Consultant (R12 mandatory).
• Deep expertise in EBS Financials modules (GL, AP, AR, CM, FA).
• Proven track record in full lifecycle implementations and upgrades.
• Strong knowledge of finance business processes and accounting standards.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with global stakeholders.
