Responsibilities

• Support go-to-market strategies and enablement programs across EMEA regions.
• Leverage AI tools to streamline daily operations and automate routine tasks.
• Assist in creating and distributing communications for customer success initiatives.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for performance tracking.
• Collaborate with multicultural teams to execute cross-border projects.
• Contribute to process improvements using innovative AI applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in shared services, GTM, or customer success.
• Familiarity with AI tools and their practical applications.
• Strong communication skills in English; additional languages a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau).
