Overview

Oracle is seeking an EMEA Security Systems Project Manager based in the United Kingdom to lead and coordinate all phases of security systems construction projects. The role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for security systems implementations, from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and stakeholders, to align on project goals.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with security standards, regulations, and Oracle's quality protocols.
• Manage vendor and contractor relationships to deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Conduct regular status reporting and presentations to senior leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in security systems or construction.
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Strong knowledge of security technologies, standards, and EMEA regulations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Oracle Primavera).
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred.
