Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and develop new enterprise opportunities within the Australian Public Sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
• Drive the full sales cycle for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and Applications solutions.
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations and tailored value propositions.
• Collaborate with pre-sales, solution consultants, and partners to craft winning proposals.
• Negotiate complex contracts and achieve quarterly/annual revenue targets.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and public sector regulations.
• Provide accurate forecasting and pipeline management using Salesforce.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of enterprise software sales experience, ideally in Public Sector.
• Proven track record selling Cloud ERP/Applications (Fusion experience a plus).
• Strong understanding of Australian Public Sector procurement processes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with C-level audiences.
• Experience with complex sales cycles and quota attainment (AU$2M+ annually).
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field; technical background preferred.
