Overview

As an Enterprise Business Applications Architect at Oracle in Ciudad de Mexico, you will serve as the expert for formulating and leading presales technical and functional support to prospective clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

• Lead presales technical and functional demonstrations for Oracle enterprise applications.
• Formulate and deliver tailored solution architectures to meet client business needs.
• Provide expert guidance on Oracle Cloud ERP, HCM, and SCM implementations.
• Mentor junior Sales Consultants in technical best practices and customer engagement.
• Conduct workshops, proof-of-concepts, and RFI/RFP responses for prospects.
• Collaborate with sales teams to develop winning strategies and proposals.
• Ensure seamless integration of Oracle solutions with client ecosystems.
• Drive customer success through post-sales technical support and optimization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise applications architecture and presales.
• Deep expertise in Oracle Cloud applications (ERP, HCM, SCM).
• Proven track record in leading complex presales engagements.
• Strong consulting skills with ability to mentor and influence teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Spanish.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
