In this Enterprise Data Platform Sales, Greenfield role, you will engage directly with CxOs—especially CTOs—to shape strategy, accelerate adoption of new technologies, and deliver impactful outcomes. Responsibilities

  • Engage directly with CxOs, particularly CTOs, to understand business challenges and align Oracle's Enterprise Data Platform solutions.
  • Develop and execute greenfield sales strategies to identify and penetrate new accounts.
  • Shape customer technology strategies by demonstrating the value of Oracle's cloud data platforms.
  • Accelerate adoption of new technologies through consultative selling and proof-of-concept initiatives.
  • Build and nurture executive relationships to drive multi-year partnerships and expansions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including pre-sales engineers and product specialists, to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Manage complex sales cycles, from prospecting to negotiation and contract closure.
  • Track and report on sales pipeline, forecasts, and key performance metrics to leadership.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of enterprise software sales experience, with a focus on data platforms or cloud solutions.
  • Proven track record of selling to CxO-level executives in greenfield opportunities.
  • Deep knowledge of enterprise data management, analytics, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Strong consultative selling skills with experience in solution architecture discussions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities to influence strategic decision-makers.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or related field; MBA preferred.
