Position Overview

Join Oracle’s elite OFSAA Consulting team as an ERM-EPM (OFSAA) Functional Consultant, driving digital transformation for leading Saudi financial institutions. Leverage your expertise in Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) to implement Oracle's world-class OFSAA platform, optimizing risk, profitability, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead functional design and configuration of OFSAA modules for ERM and EPM, including Profitability Management, Regulatory Reporting, and Risk Analytics.
  • Conduct requirements gathering workshops with clients in the Saudi financial sector to map business processes to OFSAA solutions.
  • Configure and customize OFSAA applications to meet specific client needs for risk modeling, performance analytics, and compliance reporting.
  • Develop and execute test plans, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing for OFSAA implementations.
  • Provide hands-on guidance during OFSAA deployments, ensuring seamless go-live and hypercare support.
  • Train client teams on OFSAA functionalities, best practices, and advanced features to drive adoption and value realization.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to integrate OFSAA with core banking systems, data warehouses, and third-party tools.
  • Analyze client pain points in risk and performance management, recommending optimized OFSAA solution architectures.
  • Prepare detailed functional documentation, including process flows, configuration guides, and user manuals.
  • Stay updated on Saudi regulatory changes (e.g., SAMA guidelines) and incorporate them into OFSAA solution designs.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Functional Consultant in EPM/ERM solutions, with at least 3 years focused on Oracle OFSAA.
  • Proven hands-on experience configuring OFSAA modules such as Profitability, Funds Transfer Pricing, and Regulatory Capital.
  • Strong understanding of banking risk management frameworks, including Basel III, IFRS 9, and credit/liquidity risk modeling.
  • Experience in full lifecycle implementations of financial analytics platforms, from design to deployment.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage C-level executives and technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in SQL and data modeling for financial datasets.
  • Willingness to be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with potential travel across the Kingdom.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Oracle OFSAA certification (e.g., OFSAA Profitability or Regulatory Reporting).
  • Experience working with Saudi banks or financial institutions, including knowledge of SAMA regulations.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Cloud EPM or other complementary Oracle financial solutions.
  • Master's degree in Finance, Risk Management, or a related discipline.
  • Previous consulting experience with Big 4 firms or leading financial services consultancies.
