Responsibilities

• Define and execute product vision and roadmap for ERP Analytics platform.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and sales teams to deliver high-impact features.
• Conduct market research and analyze customer feedback to prioritize enhancements.
• Drive AI/ML integration to enhance ERP data intelligence capabilities.
• Manage product lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration.
• Develop go-to-market strategies and support sales enablement.
• Monitor KPIs, competitive landscape, and user adoption metrics.
• Champion customer-centric innovation in Fusion Cloud ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of product management experience in ERP, analytics, or SaaS products.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud and ERP systems.
• Proven track record launching AI-powered data products.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
