Overview

Oracle is seeking a dynamic ERP Industry Sales Executive to drive sales of Oracle ERP solutions within the Canadian Public Sector, based in Toronto. This role focuses on identifying opportunities, building strategic relationships, and closing deals with government agencies and public institutions. Responsibilities

  • Prospect and generate leads within Canadian federal, provincial, and municipal public sector organizations.
  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP solutions.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and procurement teams.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and proof-of-concept sessions tailored to public sector needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including pre-sales, solution engineering, and partners.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from opportunity qualification to contract negotiation and closure.
  • Stay informed on public sector procurement processes, regulations, and competitive landscape.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas while forecasting pipeline accurately.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of enterprise software sales experience, with proven success in ERP or SaaS solutions.
  • Demonstrated track record selling to Canadian public sector (government, healthcare, education).
  • Deep knowledge of Oracle ERP products (Fusion Cloud ERP, EBS) or comparable platforms.
  • Strong understanding of public sector procurement, RFPs, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field; MBA preferred.
