Overview

Oracle is seeking a dynamic ERP Industry Sales Executive for the Hi Tech vertical to drive revenue growth in the United States. In this role, you will sell Oracle's leading ERP solutions to high-tech enterprises, building strategic relationships and exceeding sales targets. Responsibilities

  • Prospect and generate leads within the Hi Tech sector targeting ERP opportunities.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed quarterly quotas.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations showcasing Oracle ERP value propositions.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including pre-sales, marketing, and support.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification to contract negotiation and close.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management via CRM systems.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of enterprise software sales experience, with focus on ERP in Hi Tech.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a quota-driven environment.
  • Deep knowledge of ERP solutions (e.g., Oracle Cloud ERP, Fusion Applications).
  • Strong understanding of Hi Tech industry challenges and digital transformation.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
