Job Description

Overview

Oracle is seeking an ERP Industry Sales Executive for the Higher Education sector in the Northeast Territory. Drive sales of Oracle's ERP solutions to colleges and universities, building strategic relationships with key decision-makers. Achieve revenue targets by delivering tailored cloud-based ERP demonstrations and proposals.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and generate leads within Higher Ed institutions in the Northeast region.
  • Conduct needs assessments and deliver compelling ERP solution demos.
  • Develop and execute territory sales plans to meet or exceed quotas.
  • Build relationships with C-level executives, IT leaders, and procurement teams.
  • Collaborate with solution architects and partners for customized proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts and close complex deals with multi-year commitments.
  • Track sales pipeline using Salesforce and provide accurate forecasting.
  • Represent Oracle at industry conferences and events.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of enterprise software sales experience, preferably in ERP/HCM.
  • Proven track record selling to Higher Education clients.
  • Strong understanding of cloud ERP solutions and student information systems.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% within Northeast territory.
