Oracle is seeking a dynamic ERP Industry Sales Executive for the Manufacturing Vertical to drive revenue growth by selling Oracle's industry-leading ERP solutions to manufacturing clients across the United States. This role involves engaging with C-level executives, understanding complex manufacturing challenges, and delivering tailored ERP demonstrations that showcase transformative business value. Responsibilities

  • Prospect and generate leads within the manufacturing sector to build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Conduct discovery sessions with manufacturing executives to uncover ERP pain points and opportunities.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and proofs-of-concept tailored to manufacturing workflows.
  • Develop and negotiate complex sales contracts, ensuring alignment with customer needs and Oracle pricing.
  • Collaborate with solution architects, partners, and internal teams to craft winning proposals.
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas in a competitive ERP market.
  • Build long-term relationships with key manufacturing stakeholders to drive renewals and expansions.
  • Stay abreast of manufacturing industry trends, competitors, and Oracle product roadmap to inform sales strategies.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of enterprise software sales experience, with proven success in ERP solutions for manufacturing.
  • Deep knowledge of manufacturing processes, including supply chain, production planning, and quality management.
  • Demonstrated track record of closing 7-figure deals with Fortune 1000 manufacturing clients.
  • Strong technical understanding of cloud ERP platforms like Oracle Fusion Cloud or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for engaging C-suite manufacturing leaders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
