This role guides the successful delivery of non-routine NetSuite business solutions, ensuring high quality, timely execution, and budget adherence to achieve customer satisfaction. Based in China, the position demands expertise in Oracle NetSuite ERP systems and proven project management excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end NetSuite ERP implementation projects, from planning to go-live and post-implementation support.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Manage cross-functional teams, including consultants, developers, and client resources, to ensure seamless execution.
• Identify and mitigate risks, resolving complex issues to maintain project momentum and quality standards.
• Conduct requirements gathering, gap analysis, and configuration design for customized NetSuite solutions.
• Monitor project budgets, resource allocation, and performance metrics to deliver within constraints.
• Facilitate user training, change management, and knowledge transfer to maximize client adoption.
• Prepare and present status reports, dashboards, and executive communications on project progress.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field; PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• 5+ years of experience managing NetSuite ERP implementations, with 3+ years in complex, large-scale projects.
• Deep knowledge of Oracle NetSuite modules (Financials, CRM, Procurement, etc.) and SuiteCloud platform.
• Proven track record in agile/waterfall methodologies, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in China-based projects and cross-cultural team management.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical abilities; fluency in English and Mandarin.
