ERP Project Manager- Night Shift
Location: Hyderabad, Telangana, India
Overview
A highly proficient project management professional delivering innovative leadership for complex Oracle ERP engagements. Guides implementation of integrated business solutions using independent judgment to ensure quality, timely delivery within budget, and customer satisfaction. Applies Oracle methodologies, policies, and procedures while meeting contractual obligations.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery for Oracle ERP implementations on night shift.
- Manage project scope, timeline, budget, and resources to achieve successful outcomes.
- Apply Oracle Unified Method (OUM) and standard methodologies for consistent project quality.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including consultants, developers, and stakeholders.
- Monitor risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies proactively.
- Ensure adherence to contractual obligations and customer requirements.
- Facilitate status reporting, change management, and stakeholder communications.
- Drive continuous improvement in project processes and team performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field; PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in Oracle ERP project management (e.g., EBS, Fusion Cloud).
- Proven track record managing complex, multi-million-dollar projects to successful completion.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle implementation methodologies and industry best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work night shift (IST) and manage global, distributed teams effectively.
