Overview

We are seeking an experienced ERP Senior Consultant specializing in Oracle solutions to join our team in Buenos Aires, Argentina. In this role, you will lead implementations, optimizations, and support for Oracle ERP systems, driving digital transformation for our clients. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions that enhance business efficiency and scalability.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Oracle ERP implementations, including requirements gathering and configuration.
• Design and customize Oracle modules such as Financials, HCM, and Supply Chain Management.
• Conduct system analysis, troubleshooting, and performance tuning for Oracle environments.
• Develop and execute migration strategies from legacy systems to Oracle Cloud ERP.
• Provide training and knowledge transfer to client teams on Oracle best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define business processes and integrate Oracle solutions.
• Prepare technical documentation, test plans, and deployment strategies.
• Support post-implementation phases, including upgrades and ongoing optimizations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience as an Oracle ERP Consultant, with expertise in Oracle EBS or Fusion Cloud.
• Oracle certifications (e.g., OCP, OCM, or Cloud ERP credentials) preferred.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle database administration.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools like Jira.
• Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English; ability to work in a multicultural team.
