Position Overview

This Expression of Interest role targets future sales opportunities within Oracle's Cloud Application sales team in Singapore. We seek dynamic sales professionals passionate about cloud technologies to join our winning team as we drive adoption of our SaaS solutions. This is an opportunity to express interest for upcoming positions, positioning yourself for rapid growth in a high-demand market. Successful candidates will contribute to expanding Oracle's presence in key industries through innovative sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and identify potential clients for Oracle Cloud Applications across targeted industries in Singapore and the region
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for SaaS solutions
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations highlighting the value of Oracle's integrated cloud suite
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers
  • Collaborate with sales engineers and solution architects to tailor proposals for complex enterprise needs
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure
  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine sales approaches and improve win rates
  • Participate in industry events, webinars, and networking to generate leads and enhance brand visibility
  • Track sales activities and pipeline using CRM tools to ensure accurate forecasting and reporting
  • Drive customer success post-sale by facilitating smooth onboarding and identifying expansion opportunities

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in enterprise software sales, preferably SaaS or cloud solutions
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a competitive B2B environment
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing, SaaS business models, and enterprise applications
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct needs assessments and articulate business value propositions
  • Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce or Oracle CX, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling to industries such as finance, manufacturing, retail, or healthcare in APAC
  • Technical background or certifications in Oracle Cloud, AWS, Azure, or similar platforms
  • Existing network of contacts among Singapore-based enterprises and decision-makers
  • Advanced degree (MBA) or relevant sales certifications (e.g., Challenger Sale methodology)
  • Fluency in Mandarin or other regional languages to support diverse client engagements
