Responsibilities

  • Design and implement scalable data architectures for Oracle Health platforms in federal environments.
  • Lead data modeling, ETL processes, and integration using Oracle technologies like Exadata and Autonomous Database.
  • Ensure data security, compliance with FedRAMP, HIPAA, and other federal standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data strategies and roadmaps.
  • Optimize data pipelines for performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency in cloud and on-premise setups.
  • Conduct data governance assessments and implement best practices for metadata management.
  • Mentor junior architects and provide technical leadership on complex projects.
  • Stay current with emerging data technologies and recommend innovations for Oracle Health solutions.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in data architecture, with 5+ years focused on Oracle technologies.
  • Expertise in Oracle Database, GoldenGate, Data Integrator, and cloud services (OCI).
  • Proven track record in federal healthcare projects with knowledge of FISMA and NIST standards.
  • Strong skills in SQL, PL/SQL, data warehousing, and big data tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Active security clearance (Secret or higher) and U.S. citizenship required.
