Overview

We're looking for a Senior Integration Architect to join our Federal team at Oracle Health. In this role, you will engage with client leadership in strategic planning to create multi-year client roadmaps. Drive innovative integration solutions for federal healthcare systems, ensuring seamless interoperability and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with client leadership on strategic planning and multi-year roadmap development.
• Design and architect complex integration solutions using Oracle Health platforms.
• Lead integration projects across federal healthcare environments, ensuring scalability and security.
• Define technical standards, APIs, and data exchange protocols for system interoperability.
• Conduct assessments of existing systems and recommend optimization strategies.
• Mentor junior architects and provide technical guidance to development teams.
• Ensure compliance with federal regulations such as HIPAA, FISMA, and FedRAMP.
• Present architectural solutions and roadmaps to stakeholders and executives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise integration architecture, preferably in healthcare.
• Deep expertise in Oracle Health technologies (e.g., FHIR, Cerner, Millennium).
• Proven track record working with U.S. Federal clients and government contracts.
• Strong knowledge of integration patterns, APIs, middleware, and cloud architectures.
• Experience with healthcare standards (HL7, FHIR, CDA) and federal compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging C-level executives and technical teams.
