Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end integration strategies for Oracle Health applications in federal environments.
• Design and implement testing frameworks for system interoperability and data unification.
• Lead integration testing across cloud, on-premise, and hybrid Oracle deployments.
• Collaborate with federal stakeholders to ensure compliance with HITRUST, FedRAMP, and healthcare regulations.
• Develop automation scripts and CI/CD pipelines for scalable testing processes.
• Troubleshoot complex integration issues in high-stakes healthcare systems.
• Mentor junior architects on Oracle Fusion Middleware and Health Sciences solutions.
• Drive innovation in testing methodologies to enhance system reliability and performance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise integration architecture, with 5+ years in Oracle technologies.
• Expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud, SOA Suite, and Integration Cloud Service.
• Proven experience in federal healthcare testing (e.g., VA, DoD, HHS systems).
• Strong knowledge of HL7 FHIR, REST APIs, and healthcare data standards.
• Security clearance eligibility and familiarity with federal compliance frameworks.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
