Overview

Responsible for providing the first line of on-site field system support to customers and field personnel in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. This role includes hardware troubleshooting, networking assistance, and remote support as needed. Ensures optimal system performance and customer satisfaction through proactive on-site interventions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver first-line on-site support for hardware and networking issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer system problems efficiently.
• Provide remote technical assistance to field personnel.
• Perform hardware installations, configurations, and maintenance.
• Diagnose networking connectivity and performance issues.
• Document support activities and resolutions in detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in field support or technical services.
• Strong knowledge of hardware troubleshooting and repair.
• Proficiency in networking protocols and configurations.
• Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Ability to travel on-site as required in Mumbai region.
