Responsibilities

• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and insights for decision-making.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and forecasts.
• Support budgeting and planning processes with accurate modeling and projections.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial guidance on projects.
• Conduct variance analysis between actuals, budgets, and forecasts.
• Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate business performance.
• Assist in audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Financial Analyst or similar role.
• Proficiency in Excel; experience with Oracle ERP or similar systems a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
