Overview

We are seeking an experienced Flexcube Banking Techno-functional Consultant to join our dynamic team in Johannesburg, South Africa. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in FLEXCUBE core banking software and significant experience with FLEXCUBE Studio for customization and platform extensions. This role involves implementing, configuring, and optimizing Flexcube solutions for banking clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end FLEXCUBE implementation projects for core banking systems.
• Customize and extend FLEXCUBE using FLEXCUBE Studio for client-specific requirements.
• Configure modules including deposits, loans, payments, and trade finance.
• Conduct gap analysis and design solutions bridging business needs and FLEXCUBE capabilities.
• Develop reports, interfaces, and workflows using Flexcube tools.
• Provide techno-functional support during testing, UAT, and go-live phases.
• Train end-users and create documentation for Flexcube operations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration with third-party systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on FLEXCUBE implementation experience.
• Proficiency in FLEXCUBE Studio for customizations and extensions.
• Strong knowledge of core banking processes and regulations.
• Experience with Oracle databases and SQL programming.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
