The France Customer Deal Desk Drafting Specialist I for Cloud supports Oracle’s cloud business by drafting and reviewing customer contracts in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment covering France. This seasonal role aligns with Oracle’s quarterly and annual fiscal cycles, ensuring accurate deal documentation across multiple countries and lines of business. Collaboration with sales, legal, and finance teams is essential to facilitate timely deal closures.

Responsibilities

• Draft and review customer contracts and deal documents for Oracle Cloud offerings specific to the France market.
• Ensure compliance with Oracle standard terms, local regulations, and company policies.
• Collaborate with sales teams to structure deals and resolve contractual issues efficiently.
• Coordinate with legal, finance, and business units for approvals and redline negotiations.

Qualifications
