Overview

Oracle is seeking a dynamic FSI SaaS Account Executive to drive sales of our cloud-based SaaS solutions in Oman's Financial Services Industry market. Based in Rusayl, Oman, you will target banks, insurance firms, and fintech companies to deliver transformative Oracle Cloud applications. Join us to accelerate customer success and achieve aggressive revenue growth in this high-potential region.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and generate leads within Oman's FSI sector, focusing on SaaS solutions like Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, HCM, and SCM.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through targeted outreach, networking, and partnerships.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and proof-of-concept sessions tailored to FSI customer needs.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and deal structures to close new business and expand existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with Oracle's solution architects, pre-sales teams, and partners to craft compelling proposals.
  • Develop deep market intelligence on Oman's FSI landscape, competitors, and regulatory trends.
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas while forecasting accurately.
  • Foster long-term customer relationships to drive renewals, upsells, and customer advocacy.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, with proven success in FSI or Oman/GCC markets.
  • Strong understanding of financial services technologies, cloud computing, and Oracle solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and Arabic.
  • Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets in a quota-carrying role.
  • Ability to travel within Oman and regionally as needed; valid driver's license preferred.
