Overview

Oracle is seeking a dynamic FSI SaaS Account Executive based in Doha, Qatar, to drive sales of our cloud-based SaaS solutions within the Financial Services Industry (FSI). You will manage key accounts, build strategic relationships, and exceed revenue targets in the Qatar market. Join our high-performing team to deliver innovative Oracle Cloud applications tailored for banking and insurance sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and generate leads within FSI accounts in Qatar to build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue goals.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations showcasing Oracle SaaS value for FSI clients.
  • Build and nurture relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers in banking and insurance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including pre-sales, marketing, and customer success.
  • Negotiate contracts, manage deal cycles, and close complex SaaS transactions.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasting and maintain CRM records for all activities.
  • Stay updated on FSI trends, regulations, and competitive landscape to position Oracle effectively.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, with 3+ years in FSI sector.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in the Middle East region.
  • Deep knowledge of Oracle Cloud or similar SaaS platforms (e.g., ERP, HCM, SCM).
  • Strong understanding of Qatar's FSI market, including banking and insurance regulations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and Arabic.
