Position Overview

We are seeking a talented Full Stack Developer with expertise in PLSQL and Java to join our OFSS Consulting team in India. In this role, you will develop and maintain full-stack applications for Oracle's banking and financial services products, ensuring high performance, scalability, and security.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customized solutions for clients in retail, corporate, and investment banking domains, leveraging technologies like FLEXCUBE and DIGIX. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy full-stack applications using Java, PLSQL, and Oracle database technologies for banking products like FLEXCUBE and DIGIX.
• Implement scalable backend services with Java frameworks (Spring Boot, Hibernate) and optimize PLSQL stored procedures for high-volume financial transactions.
• Build responsive front-end interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular) integrated with Oracle banking APIs.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and QA teams to gather requirements and deliver customized solutions for retail, corporate, and wealth management domains.
• Perform code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning to ensure robust, secure, and efficient application performance.
• Integrate analytics, pricing, billing, leasing, and lending modules with core Oracle Banking platforms.
• Support upgrades, migrations, and managed services for client implementations, minimizing downtime and ensuring compliance.
• Write comprehensive unit tests, integration tests, and documentation using tools like JUnit and Oracle SQL Developer.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide L2/L3 support for deployed financial applications.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and contribute to continuous improvement of development practices.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with at least 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java (JDK 8+) and PLSQL, including advanced database programming with Oracle 12c/19c.
• Hands-on experience developing full-stack applications with RESTful APIs, Spring Boot, and front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript).
• Demonstrated experience working with Oracle FLEXCUBE or similar core banking systems.
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and version control (Git).
• Experience with database design, optimization, and SQL tuning for high-performance financial applications.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts clearly.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in delivering production-ready code.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle DIGIX, Oracle Banking Platform, or other Oracle Financial Services products.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies (Oracle Cloud, AWS) and microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of financial domain concepts in retail, corporate, investment, or wealth banking.
• Certification in Oracle Java, PLSQL, or related technologies.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Maven) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
