As Functional Consultants, we build trusted customer relationships while delivering high-quality projects and advice.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and design functional solutions for Core Banking implementations.
• Configure and customize FLEXCUBE and DIGIX modules to meet client specifications.
• Conduct gap analysis between standard product features and client needs.
• Lead fit-gap sessions and prepare functional specification documents.
• Support testing phases including unit, system integration, and UAT.
• Provide end-user training and create comprehensive documentation.
• Deliver post-implementation support and managed services.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless solution delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience as Functional Consultant in Core Banking, preferably FLEXCUBE.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Banking products and financial services domains.
• Proven experience in implementations, upgrades, or customizations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in customer-facing environments.
