Responsibilities

• Lead functional design and architecture for Fusion Financials, PPM, Risk Cloud, AHCS, and RMCS modules.
• Configure and customize Oracle Cloud applications to meet client business requirements.
• Conduct fit-gap analysis and provide implementation recommendations.
• Guide teams through end-to-end project lifecycle from design to go-live.
• Deliver workshops, training, and knowledge transfer to client stakeholders.
• Resolve complex functional issues and ensure solution quality.
• Collaborate with technical teams for integrations and extensions.
• Support adoption, change management, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Oracle ERP implementations, with 5+ years in Fusion Cloud Financials/PPM.
• Expertise in Risk Cloud, AHCS, RMCS, or related modules.
• Proven experience as Functional Lead/Architect in large-scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of finance, procurement, and project portfolio management processes.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, or related field; Oracle certifications preferred.
