Overview

Lead agent-driven AI automation in Oracle Fusion by building, delivering, and scaling a next-gen enterprise agent platform powered by generative AI. As a Technical Principal Product Manager, drive technical product ownership with deep expertise in enterprise-wide agentic platforms, RAG, agentic workflows, and multi-agent orchestration. This role demands strong technical acumen to shape innovative AI solutions for enterprise-scale deployment.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision for the Fusion AI agent platform, aligning with enterprise customer needs.
• Design scalable agentic architectures integrating RAG, multi-agent orchestration, and generative AI capabilities.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to prioritize features, refine requirements, and ensure technical feasibility.
• Drive end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation through delivery and continuous iteration.
• Conduct market analysis on AI agent trends to inform roadmap and competitive positioning.
• Partner with stakeholders across Fusion Cloud to integrate AI agents into core enterprise workflows.
• Lead prototyping and validation of agent-driven automation use cases with pilot customers.
• Measure platform success through KPIs and evangelize impact internally and externally.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management with 5+ years in technical PM roles focused on AI/ML platforms.
• Deep expertise in RAG, agentic workflows, multi-agent systems, and generative AI technologies.
• Proven experience as a technical Product Owner in enterprise SaaS environments.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud or similar ERP/enterprise application ecosystems.
• Technical proficiency in AI frameworks, APIs, and cloud infrastructure (e.g., OCI, AWS).
• Excellent communication skills with ability to bridge technical teams and business stakeholders.
