Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Fusion HCM Functional Lead/Senior Consultant to join our dynamic team in India, specializing in OTL, Payroll, Compensation, Talent Management, Learning, and ODA modules. In this role, you will independently implement at least two HCM modules while leading end-to-end implementation phases for complex client projects. As a principal consultant, you will drive functional design, configuration, testing, and deployment, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance of Oracle Fusion HCM solutions. This position offers the opportunity to mentor teams and deliver transformative HCM strategies for global enterprises.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM modules including OTL, Payroll, Compensation, Talent Management, Learning, and ODA for enterprise clients
  • Independently configure and customize at least two HCM modules to meet complex business requirements and ensure functional fit
  • Conduct requirements gathering, gap analysis, and fit-to-standard workshops with stakeholders to define HCM solutions
  • Design and document functional specifications, process flows, and integration strategies for HCM implementations
  • Drive testing phases including unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and performance testing
  • Mentor and guide junior consultants and team members on best practices for Fusion HCM configuration and deployment
  • Facilitate knowledge transfer sessions and provide post-go-live support to ensure client adoption and success
  • Collaborate with technical teams to resolve integration issues between HCM modules and other Oracle Cloud applications
  • Stay updated on Oracle HCM product releases and roadmap to recommend enhancements and upgrades
  • Deliver high-quality project outcomes on time, within budget, and aligned with client expectations

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in Oracle HCM implementations, with at least 4 years focused on Fusion HCM
  • Proven ability to independently implement minimum two Fusion HCM modules such as OTL, Payroll, Compensation, Talent Management, Learning, or ODA
  • Strong expertise in functional configuration, security setup, and reporting in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud
  • Hands-on experience leading full lifecycle implementations including design, build, test, and deployment phases
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to handle complex client requirements and escalations
  • Proficiency in HCM business processes across industries like manufacturing, retail, financial services, and healthcare
  • Strong communication and presentation skills for stakeholder workshops and status reporting

Preferred Qualifications

  • Oracle Fusion HCM certification in relevant modules (e.g., Payroll, Compensation, Talent Management)
  • Experience with Oracle HCM Analytics, Redwood UX, or AI-driven features like ODA
  • Prior leadership experience managing teams of 5+ consultants on large-scale HCM projects
  • Knowledge of integrations with Oracle ERP, SCM, or third-party systems using Oracle Integration Cloud
  • Master's degree or MBA with focus on HR technology or enterprise applications
