Overview

Fusion HCM Principal/Senior Principal Consultant specializing in OTL, Payroll, Compensation, Talent Management, Learn, and ODA modules. Capable of independently implementing at least two HCM modules and leading end-to-end implementation phases. Based in India, driving successful Oracle Fusion HCM deployments for clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Fusion HCM modules including OTL, Payroll, Compensation, Talent Management, Learn, and ODA.
• Configure and customize HCM modules to meet client business requirements.
• Conduct requirements gathering, gap analysis, and solution design workshops.
• Drive testing phases including unit, system integration, and user acceptance testing.
• Provide training to end-users and create comprehensive documentation.
• Mentor junior consultants and oversee team delivery.
• Support go-live activities, hypercare, and post-implementation optimizations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integrations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.
• Proven expertise in at least two of: OTL, Payroll, Compensation, Talent Management, Learn, ODA.
• Hands-on experience leading full lifecycle HCM projects.
• Strong functional knowledge of HCM best practices and configurations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Oracle Fusion HCM certification preferred.
