Overview

Fusion HCM Principal/Senior Principal Consultant specializing in Payroll, OTL, and Absence modules. Capable of independently implementing at least two HCM modules and leading end-to-end implementation phases. Based in India, driving successful Oracle Fusion HCM deployments for clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Fusion HCM Payroll, OTL, and Absence modules.
• Configure and customize HCM modules to meet client business requirements.
• Conduct requirements gathering, gap analysis, and solution design workshops.
• Develop test scripts, execute testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Provide training to end-users and create comprehensive documentation.
• Drive project phases including design, build, deployment, and go-live support.
• Mentor junior consultants and ensure best practices in implementations.
• Resolve complex functional issues and collaborate with technical teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.
• Expertise in Payroll, OTL, and Absence Management modules.
• Proven ability to independently implement at least two HCM modules.
• Strong leadership skills to drive end-to-end project phases.
• Oracle Fusion HCM certification preferred.
• Excellent communication and client-facing experience in India.
