Overview

Fusion HCM Principal/Senior Principal Consultant specializing in Payroll and all HCM modules. Capable of independently implementing at least two HCM modules and leading end-to-end implementation phases. Based in India, driving successful Oracle Fusion HCM deployments for clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including Payroll, Core HR, and Talent Management.
• Configure and customize HCM modules to meet client business requirements.
• Conduct requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solution design workshops.
• Develop and execute test plans, including unit, system integration, and UAT testing.
• Provide training to end-users and create comprehensive documentation.
• Drive project phases from design through go-live and hypercare support.
• Mentor junior consultants and ensure knowledge transfer within the team.
• Collaborate with technical teams for integrations and extensions using PaaS tools.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Oracle HCM implementations, with 4+ years in Fusion HCM.
• Proven expertise in Payroll and at least two other HCM modules (Core HR, Benefits, Absence, etc.).
• Oracle Fusion HCM certification preferred (e.g., Implementation Specialist).
• Strong experience leading full lifecycle implementations (Design, Build, Test, Deploy).
• Excellent communication skills for client-facing roles and stakeholder management.
• Ability to work independently and in team settings in a fast-paced environment.
