Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Fusion SaaS ERP Functional Lead to provide techno-functional support and drive successful implementations of Oracle Fusion Applications. This role involves leading functional teams, optimizing ERP processes, and ensuring seamless integration across modules like Finance, HCM, and SCM. Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion SaaS ERP modules including Financials, Procurement, and Project Management.
• Conduct requirements gathering, gap analysis, and configuration of Fusion applications to meet business needs.
• Provide techno-functional support, troubleshooting issues, and applying patches/updates in SaaS environments.
• Design and deliver customized reports, dashboards, and BI Publisher solutions using OTBI and Redwood Analytics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Fusion ERP with third-party systems via REST APIs and PaaS services.
• Mentor junior consultants and conduct knowledge transfer sessions on best practices for Fusion implementations.
• Perform user acceptance testing (UAT), data migration, and go-live support for ERP deployments.
• Stay updated on Oracle Cloud roadmap, recommending enhancements and upgrade strategies to clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field; advanced certifications preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion SaaS ERP implementations, with 2+ years in a lead role.
• Deep expertise in at least 3 Fusion modules (e.g., FA, SCM, HCM) and functional configuration.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud infrastructure, security, and SaaS lifecycle management.
• Proficiency in SQL, OTBI, BI Publisher, and Fusion middleware tools like VBCS or OIC.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and experience with agile methodologies in ERP projects.
