Responsibilities

• Design and develop advanced Gen AI models for the Clinical Digital Assistant platform.
• Integrate AI capabilities into healthcare applications to enhance clinical workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define AI product requirements and roadmaps.
• Optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and real-time clinical decision support.
• Conduct research on emerging Gen AI technologies applicable to healthcare.
• Implement secure, compliant AI solutions adhering to healthcare regulations like HIPAA.
• Mentor junior developers and lead technical design reviews.
• Drive innovation in AI-driven patient engagement and outcome improvement tools.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software development experience, with 5+ years in AI/ML.
• Expertise in Generative AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, Transformers).
• Strong proficiency in Python, Java, and cloud platforms (OCI, AWS, Azure).
• Experience with healthcare data standards (FHIR, HL7) and clinical workflows.
• Proven track record of delivering production AI systems at scale.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as IC4 Principal.
