Position Overview

In line with the relevant policy and requirements of the Government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, preference will be given to Saudi nationals who apply for this role. The GenO Apps Presales Consultant plays a pivotal role in driving Oracle's Generative AI-enabled Oracle Applications (GenO Apps) sales by becoming a subject matter expert on our core product suite. This position involves presenting compelling value propositions to partners, prospects, and customers, while collaborating closely with the sales team to secure deals in the Riyadh market. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop deep expertise in Oracle Generative AI-enabled Applications (GenO Apps) and articulate their value proposition to prospects, partners, and customers
  • Conduct product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and workshops tailored to customer needs in the Saudi market
  • Collaborate with sales teams to craft winning proposals, RFPs, and presentations that highlight business benefits and ROI
  • Analyze customer requirements and map them to Oracle solutions, positioning GenO Apps as the optimal choice
  • Support partner enablement by delivering training sessions and technical guidance on GenO Apps features
  • Participate in customer meetings, conferences, and industry events to build Oracle's presence in Riyadh
  • Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and product positioning
  • Assist in deal progression by addressing technical objections and facilitating smooth transitions to post-sales teams
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitive landscapes and emerging trends in enterprise applications
  • Contribute to internal knowledge sharing through documentation and best practice resources

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or technical sales within enterprise software
  • Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud Applications (Fusion Cloud ERP, HCM, SCM) or equivalent SaaS solutions
  • Proven ability to deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to executive audiences
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Arabic
  • Experience working in the Saudi Arabian market or with government/public sector clients
  • Ability to travel within Riyadh and the Kingdom as needed
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, target-driven sales environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certification in Oracle Cloud Applications or Generative AI technologies
  • Hands-on experience with AI/ML integrations in enterprise applications
  • Prior exposure to Saudi Vision 2030 projects or localization (Nitaqat) compliance
  • Technical background in software development or system architecture
  • MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field
