Position Overview

The GenO Apps Presales Consultant in Riyadh plays a pivotal role in driving Oracle's Generative AI-enabled Oracle Applications sales by demonstrating the value of our cloud-based ERP, HCM, SCM, and CX solutions to prospects and partners. In line with the relevant policy and requirements of the Government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, preference will be given to Saudi nationals who apply for this role. This position requires becoming an expert in Oracle's core product suite, articulating compelling value propositions, and collaborating with sales teams to secure high-impact deals in the Saudi market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Master Oracle Generative AI-enabled Applications (GenO Apps) including Fusion Cloud ERP, HCM, SCM, and CX to deliver expert demonstrations and proof-of-concepts.
  • Develop and present customized solution proposals, highlighting business value, ROI, and competitive differentiation to prospects and partners.
  • Conduct workshops, webinars, and executive briefings to educate customers on GenO Apps capabilities and industry-specific use cases.
  • Collaborate with Oracle sales teams and partners to qualify opportunities, define solution architectures, and support RFP responses.
  • Perform technical discovery sessions to uncover customer pain points and map them to Oracle GenO Apps functionalities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, IT leaders, and business decision-makers in Saudi Arabia.
  • Stay abreast of market trends, competitive landscapes, and Saudi regulatory requirements to tailor presales strategies effectively.
  • Contribute to sales enablement by creating collateral, case studies, and training materials for internal teams.
  • Support deal progression through solution validation, pricing guidance, and objection handling during the sales cycle.
  • Track and report presales activities, pipeline health, and win/loss metrics to optimize team performance.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in presales, solutions consulting, or technical sales within enterprise software, preferably SaaS/Cloud applications.
  • Proven track record of supporting successful sales cycles for ERP, HCM, SCM, or CX solutions in the Middle East region.
  • Strong understanding of Generative AI applications in enterprise software and their business impact.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills in English and Arabic, with the ability to engage technical and business audiences.
  • Ability to travel within Saudi Arabia and the region as needed to support customer engagements.
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and sales methodologies like MEDDPICC or Challenger Sale.
  • Willingness to work in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and comply with local employment regulations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Oracle Cloud certification (e.g., Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications or GenO Apps specialist).
  • Prior experience in the Saudi market, with knowledge of Vision 2030 initiatives and government sector requirements.
  • Technical hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Applications implementation or configuration.
  • Fluency in additional regional languages or dialects advantageous.
  • MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field.
