Responsibilities

• Drive cloud adoption strategies for Oracle Cloud solutions among enterprise customers in Romania.
• Collaborate with sales and solution engineering teams to identify customer needs and propose tailored cloud migration plans.
• Conduct workshops and demos to showcase Oracle Cloud benefits and accelerate adoption.
• Track and report on cloud adoption metrics, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Support customers post-adoption with optimization guidance and best practices.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders to foster long-term cloud partnerships.
• Contribute to GenO program development by mentoring junior talent and sharing insights.
• Stay updated on Oracle Cloud innovations and competitive landscape to inform strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in sales, consulting, or cloud technology roles.
• Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and Oracle Cloud offerings.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Romanian.
• Proven ability to build customer relationships and drive adoption initiatives.
• Enthusiasm for learning, adaptability, and passion for technology careers.
