Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end GPU hardware design, validation, and deployment for OCI data centers.
• Collaborate closely with Nvidia and AMD engineering teams on custom GPU integrations.
• Architect scalable GPU cluster architectures optimizing performance and power efficiency.
• Conduct performance benchmarking, thermal analysis, and failure mode investigations.
• Drive hardware innovation to support AI/ML workloads in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to cross-functional project roadmaps.
• Evaluate and integrate next-generation GPU technologies into Oracle’s hardware portfolio.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and Oracle’s reliability requirements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in GPU hardware engineering or high-performance computing systems.
• Deep expertise with Nvidia/AMD GPU architectures, CUDA, ROCm, and interconnect technologies (NVLink, Infinity Fabric).
• Proven track record leading complex hardware projects from concept to production.
• Strong knowledge of server motherboard design, power delivery, and thermal management.
• Experience with PCB design tools (Cadence Allegro, Altium) and simulation software.
• Excellent communication skills for cross-team collaboration with silicon vendors and stakeholders.
