Job Description

Overview

As a GPU Hardware Technical Program Manager in Oracle's OCI Hardware Development team, you will align priorities across teams, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and drive end-to-end execution of complex GPU products. You will lead design, coordination, and technical solutions impacting customer experience and scalability. The ideal candidate excels in communication, hardware engineering, cloud technologies, and leading large-scale designs.

Responsibilities

  • Align priorities and drive execution across hardware engineering, design, and cloud teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-impact GPU solutions.
  • Manage end-to-end product development from concept to deployment.
  • Coordinate technical trade-offs in hardware designs and cloud integrations.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and milestones to leadership and teams.
  • Lead large-scale GPU hardware programs with focus on scalability.
  • Identify and resolve blockers to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Mentor junior TPMs and foster a culture of technical excellence.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years in technical program management, preferably in hardware or GPU domains.
  • Strong background in hardware engineering, designs, and cloud technologies.
  • Proven track record leading complex, large-scale product deliveries end-to-end.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Deep understanding of technical trade-offs and scalability challenges.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
