Overview

Oracle is seeking a Hardware Developer 4 to serve as Technical Readiness Manager, supporting the release of strategic OCI NPI products in critical systems. The ideal candidate brings strong cross-functional skills in project management and technical expertise. This role represents Service Readiness and Serviceability on Product and Engineering teams with diverse responsibilities across the US.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical readiness for OCI NPI product releases in critical systems.
• Represent Service Readiness and Serviceability on cross-functional product teams.
• Collaborate with Engineering teams to ensure product serviceability and reliability.
• Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables for hardware releases.
• Conduct risk assessments and mitigation strategies for new product introductions.
• Develop and execute readiness plans, including testing and validation protocols.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align on service requirements and documentation.
• Drive continuous improvement in release processes and team efficiencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in hardware development or technical program management.
• Proven track record in OCI, cloud infrastructure, or NPI product releases.
• Strong project management skills with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Deep technical knowledge of hardware systems, serviceability, and readiness.
• Excellent cross-functional communication and leadership abilities.
