Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new business opportunities within retail, services, and utilities sectors.
• Sell Oracle Engineered Systems, servers, storage, and related hardware solutions.
• Conduct needs assessments and present customized hardware proposals to clients.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close high-value deals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target industries.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design and demo hardware solutions.
• Track sales pipeline, forecast revenue, and meet quarterly targets.
• Stay updated on industry trends and Oracle product advancements to advise clients effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
• 3+ years of B2B hardware or IT solutions sales experience.
• Proven track record in retail, services, or utilities industries preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle hardware products (e.g., Exadata, SPARC).
• Excellent Japanese and English communication skills.
• Ability to travel within Japan as needed.
