Job Description

Overview

Sells Oracle HCM Cloud Coprime solutions directly or via partners to named accounts, non-named accounts, and geographical territories in Tokyo, Japan. Drives revenue growth by identifying customer needs, demonstrating product value, and closing complex deals. Collaborates with teams to deliver tailored HCM Cloud implementations that transform HR processes.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and generate leads within assigned Tokyo territory and account lists.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations of Oracle HCM Cloud Coprime features.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet quarterly and annual quotas.
  • Collaborate with partners, pre-sales engineers, and customer success teams on deal progression.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to finalize sales agreements.
  • Provide customer feedback to product teams to influence roadmap development.
  • Track sales activities and pipeline using CRM tools like Salesforce.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of enterprise software sales experience, preferably in HCM or SaaS.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in Japan market.
  • Deep knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud or comparable HR technology solutions.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of HR business processes.
  • Excellent Japanese and English communication and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
